Who needs to upgrade?
Honestly? Maybe not you. The free plan is a real product, not a teaser: six erases a day, no signup and no watermark on the output. If you fix a stray tourist in a vacation shot or wipe a date stamp off a screenshot once a week, you may never pay anything.
Credits make sense once volume or quality demands outgrow six erases a day:

Credits are only spent when you erase beyond the free daily pool — uploading, masking, and re-editing as much as you like costs nothing.

In practice: removing a person from one photo with AI auto costs 3 credits; a quick manual cleanup costs 2; restoring a high-resolution old photo on V2 Quality costs 20. Subscription credits refresh monthly (unused ones expire when the next batch arrives), while one-time pack credits never expire — credits you buy are credits you keep.

Do credits expire?
One-time pack credits never expire — buy once, use them next week or next year. Subscription credits are granted monthly and expire when the next month's credits arrive, so a plan always resets you to full.
Can I get a refund?
Except where required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable. If a purchase ever fails to deliver its credits, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.
What's the difference between V1 manual, AI auto, and V2 HD?
V1 manual is the quick everyday engine: you brush over the target, it erases in about a second. AI auto finds the target for you — pick a scene like people, text, or logo and the AI draws the mask, no brushing needed. V2 HD is the high-quality engine for professional work, with three resolution tiers (Fast, Balanced, Quality) that reconstruct large or complex areas in finer detail.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Stripe emails a payment receipt for every charge automatically. If you need a business invoice with your company details for accounting, email hello@magicremover.app and we'll issue one.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What's the minimum for Enterprise plans?
There's no fixed minimum. Enterprise packages are built around your actual volume and workflow, with custom pricing and priority support. Email hello@magicremover.app with a rough monthly volume and we'll put a package together.
Can I switch or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time and it takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges, and you keep this month's credits until they expire. To change to a different plan, cancel and pick the new one, or email us and we'll handle the switch for you.
How is this priced compared to other AI removers?
Paid plans start at $3.90/month, in line with mainstream AI removers. The differences: our free tier gives you six real watermark-free erases every day, paid erases keep the full original resolution up to 4K, and one-time pack credits never expire — so occasional users pay nothing and regular users only pay for what they actually use.
